CCIM Institute CEO visits PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter

Gregory J. Fine

On Tuesday, June 18, 2019, The PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter hosted over 30 attendees during a presentation by Gregory J. Fine, FASAE, CAE, 2019 CCIM Institute CEO at the Lancaster Country Club in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Attendees, including real estate brokers, managers, architects, engineers and attorneys, heard Fine speak about “Inspiring and Leveraging a Multi-Generational Workforce” and the changes happening that are impacting the national economy and the commercial real estate industry.

Fine showcased some trends in both the residential and commercial industries like co-living and co-working to pop-up logistics and adaptive re-use. While many municipalities haven’t adapted their zoning or building codes to these changes, it is clear that the changes are on the horizon.

Fine also shared his take on a historical retrospective of the past 100 years of mindsets and demographic impacts beginning with the Silent Generation to Baby Boomers, through Generations X, Y and Z.
