PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter

May Breakfast Club Recap

The PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter had a great Breakfast Club on meeting May 8 at Founding Farmers in King of Prussia Town Center. Attending participants included real estate lenders, brokers, developers, title agents and 1031 intermediaries: a solid basis for any commercial real estate group.

Our host, Ten-X,reserved a private room which added a nice ambiance to the discussion, which included an overview of their real estate platform, and details about the benefits of their model. Ten-X also shared case studies about difficult problems, and how they were able to assist with a satisfactory resolution.

After the presentation, the group discussed the state of the real estate market including housing starts, the impact of millenniala on our market, micro-apartments, the inverted yield curve and, of course, the thriving multifamily industry.

I’m already looking forward to the third quarter installment. Hopefully it will be accompanied by the Founding Farmer’s outstanding beet hash!
