JEFF KURTZ, CCIM ELECTED PA/NJ/DE CCIM CHAPTER PRESIDENT FOR 2021
The PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter has elected Jeff Kurtz, CCIM of High Associates, Ltd as its 2021 chapter president.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to work with a talented, dedicated group of leaders to guide this organization in 2021,” stated Kurtz.
“While 2020 brought unprecedented challenges for our chapter and its members, we are proud to have offered new and innovative programming to help our members continue to learn and grow. I am excited to build off the success we achieved last year under the leadership of Stacy Martin, CCIM,” added Kurtz.
Kurtz is a member of the sales and leasing team at High Associates, Ltd in Lancaster, Pa. As a licensed realtor and Associate Broker, he participates in a wide variety of commercial real estate brokerage activities. His primary focus is on retail, industrial and office properties representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords throughout Central Pennsylvania. He is active in the community, including serving on the committee for the Janus School’s “Thanks for Giving” luncheon, and volunteering for the Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center. Jeff is a member at Highland Presbyterian Church and was instrumental in Highland’s partnership with First United Methodist Church’s Upward Youth Ministry. Jeff and his wife Marie have three sons and a daughter, all who are sports enthusiasts.
