Notes from our Q4 Breakfast Club

What do real estate, current events, digital media and Founding Farmers have in common? The 4th Quarter PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter Breakfast Club!

In another intimate, but crowded, breakfast club, we began with a discussion of current events and recent transactions, discussed the CCIM education program, and finished up with an informational and interactive discussion about social media.

The program began with a LinkedIn introduction. Specifically, each member added each other into their LinkedIn network. This will help us stay in touch and share relevant news with each other

Rick Sannem, our presenter and veteran, still uses learning from the military in his everyday business principles as they relate to his social media strategy: Mission, Target, Terrain, and Objective. Simply put: you need a both goal, and a plan to accomplish your objectives.

I’m already looking forward to our 1st quarter breakfast club in 2020 and hope to see you there!
