Our Keynote Speaker will be David Schnitzer, CCIM, LEED AP, 2023 CCIM Institute President. He is partner at ASCEND Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, and has spent the last 19 years in commercial brokerage and ownership, specializing in retail real estate, land, and investment properties. Schnitzer is also active on the asset ownership side, with retail and industrial properties making up his real estate portfolio.
