Jointly hosted by the PA/NJ/DE CCIM Chapter, the CII Council and Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® Commercial Chapter, this event will feature:

• A 3.5-hour morning continuing education class (8:30am-12pm) titled “Conducting and Incorporating a Client Needs Analysis Into a Successful Commercial Real Estate Transaction” featuring instructor Mike Lipsey, nationally and internationally recognized as the leader in training and consulting for the real estate industry (Credits Pending).
• A 3.5-hour afternoon continuing education class (1pm-4:30pm), titled “Diversity, Fair Housing and Inclusion” featuring instructor Richard Strahm will satisfy the 3.5-hour topic required by PA Real Estate Commission for license renewal.
• Continental breakfast (beginning at 8am) and a boxed lunch (12pm-1pm)

Both courses are offered through the Association of REALTORS® School and will be hosted at the state-of-the-art Penn State Great Valley Conference Center in their stadium-style Musser Auditorium. Breakfast and lunch will be available on-site at Penn State.

After the program, unwind and network at the Education Summit Happy Hour. It will be held immediately following the afternoon class at the newest Chickie’s & Pete’s, located directly across Swedesford Road from Penn State. Enjoy free appetizers, drink specials and ample time for networking.
