Nick Villa has over ten years of professional experience in a variety of roles ranging from wholesale credit risk to corporate credit ratings – in particular for REITs. He completed his MBA at ESADE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and is also a CFA and CAIA Charter holder as well as Certified FRM.

The presentation will cover the U.S. economic outlook for 2025, including GDP growth, the labor market, inflation, and interest rates. In addition, market information for the core four property types (multifamily, office, retail, and industrial) will be discussed and space market data – rents and vacancies – will be highlighted, especially how performance in the Philadelphia area stacks up against the Northeastern region and national averages.
